In a suit concerning theft from safety deposit boxes rented to jewelry dealers, summary judgement for defendant is reversed where the exculpatory clause in the box rental agreement is not applicable to an allegation that the defendant breached its duty to exercise ordinary care to prevent unauthorized access to the boxes.
