Jensen v. Quik Int'l, 97704

In a suit for recission of an arbitration clause in a franchise agreement, judgement for plaintiff is reversed where the requirement under the Illinois Franchise Disclosure Act of 1987 that franchises must be registered with the Attorney General is not a condition precedent to enforcement of the franchise agreement and its arbitration clause.
