In a child support dispute, judgement is affirmed where: 1) the meaning of income under section 505 of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act is broader and more inclusive than the Internal Revenue Code's definition of income for purposes of federal income taxation; and 2) gifts and unrepaid loans received by a father from his family should be considered in devising a court order as to the amount of child support the father should be obliged to pay.
