Taddeo v. Bd. of Trs. of the Illinois Mun. Retirement Fund, 99441

Judgement to set aside set aside a decision of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) is affirmed where a participant in the IMRF who earns concurrent service credits due to simultaneous employment with two participating municipalities does not forfeit his rights to all IMRF pension benefits if he is convicted of a felony which arises out of the participant's service to only one participating municipality.
