In an action brought under the Illinois Wage Act for unpaid vacation time and severance pay after defendant Kowa Printing terminated business, judgement against defendants Thomas Kowa and Huston-Patterson Corporation is reversed where neither was plaintiffs' employer for purposes of the Wage Act.
