In a civil forfeiture proceeding brought under the Drug Asset Forfeiture Procedure Act, an order of forfeiture of a couple's property is affirmed where: 1) it was undisputed that the couple's son was actively involved in drug activities; 2) there was evidence that the father was also involved in the drug dealing; and 3) some innocence on the part of the mother was insufficient to create an exemption because it could not be said that she did not acquire proceeds from the drug activity and because she held the property for the benefit of her son.
