Conviction and sentence for robbery of a person 60 years of age or over are affirmed over claims of error resulting from the fact that the signed jury verdict form found defendant guilty of "robbery," where: 1) there was no conflict between the verdict and instructions; and 2) there were no Apprendi violations.
