Murray v. Chicago Youth Ctr., 99457

In a suit arising from a boy who was rendered a quadriplegic after an accident involving a mini-trampoline used on school property, summary judgement in favor of the defendant is reversed where: 1) the statute on hazardous activities is applicable; and 2) the evidence demonstrated a question of fact as to whether the conduct at issue was willful and wanton.
