In a class action seeking to enjoin the Illinois Department of Corrections from charging indigent inmates a co-payment for nonemergency medical and dental services, motion to dismiss the complaint is reversed and the matter remanded where plaintiff adequately pleaded irreparable injury and lack of an adequate remedy at law and the circuit court erred in dismissing plaintiff's complaint.
