In a case involving several homeowners' consumer fraud claims against a manufacturer of composite wood siding, a decision reversing summary judgment for defendant is reversed where there was no genuine issue of material fact as to whether the plaintiffs were damaged as a result of defendant's alleged deceptive advertising.
