People v. Johnson, 90678, 90693, 90706

A decision reversing various defendants' convictions for murder and additional offenses and remanding for new trials is affirmed in part as to two defendants based on prosecutorial misconduct, but the judgment reversed in part and remanded for consideration of other issues as to one defendant where, although there occurred prosecutorial misconduct, it did not warrant reversal.
