In a class action involving allegedly faulty "webBroker" accounts with a discount securities brokerage company, denial of brokerage company's motion to strike is affirmed where: 1) the court had jurisdiction to hear the interlocutory appeal by brokerage company; and 2) plaintiff's pleadings were sufficient to survive its motion to strike the class action allegations.
