In an action for determination as to the existence of a parent-child relationship, judgement barring the putative father from attempting to establish paternity due to his failure to register as a putative father within 30 days of the birth as required by statute is vacated and the matter remanded where the purpose of the Putative Father Registry is to ensure that a putative father is provided with notice of adoption proceedings.
