In an appeal from a decision of the Motor Vehicle Review Board to not allow two new General Motors dealerships in the Chicago area, the decision is affirmed where the Board applied the proper standards and there was sufficient evidence to support the conclusion that adding the dealerships would not serve the public interest and was not warranted by existing economic conditions.
