Marshall v. Burger King Corp., 100372
In a wrongful death action based on negligence, dismissal based on lack of duty on the part of defendant is reversed and the matter remanded where, because of the special relationship between defendants and the decedent who was defendants' business invitee, the defendants owed the decedent a duty of reasonable care.
