Supreme Court of Illinois

In re Donald A.G, 100965

In a matter of termination of parental rights based on depravity for a father convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault, the termination is affirmed where the legislature's failure to use the language "predatory criminal sexual assault" in the enumeration of offenses for which a parent may be presumed unfit on the basis of depravity appears to be a drafting error.
