Conviction for aggravated criminal sexual abuse, as a lesser-included offense of predatory criminal sexual assault, is affirmed where aggravated criminal sexual abuse is in fact a lesser-included offense of the crime of predatory criminal sexual assault as charged in the indictment against the defendant.
