Melena v. Anheuser-Busch, Inc., 99421

In a matter arising from allegations that defendant terminated plaintiff's employment in retaliation for her filing of a workers' compensation claim, denial of defendant's motion to dismiss and compel arbitration, or to stay the proceedings and compel arbitration, is reversed where the "Dispute Resolution Program" is an enforceable agreement between plaintiff and defendant.
