In an action where St. Clair County Regional Board of School Trustees detached part of Fairmont City from East St. Louis School District No. 189 and annexed it to Collinsville Community School District No. 10., judgement of the circuit court is affirmed where the circuit court did not err in allowing the districts additional time to make the necessary joinder of defendants because statute provides for this.
