With regard to a tax sale and subsequent issuance of a tax deed by order of the circuit court, petition to have the tax deed set aside based on lack of notice is denied where the notice procedures of the Property Tax Code embody all that can be done under existing law to locate and identify a delinquent taxpayer who is hospitalized for mental illness.
