Supreme Court of Illinois

In re Faith B., 98927

In the matter of a dispositional hearing held pursuant to the Juvenile Court Act, dismissal of a challenge to a "permanency goal" set within a dispositional order is reversed where the appellate court had jurisdiction to review the permanency goal set by the circuit court because the permanency order was intended as final and immutable at the time it was entered. The circuit court's adjudication of neglect based on injurious environment is affirmed.
