In the matter of an indictment for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon after a police officer seized a handgun from defendant's sleeve during a pat-down search, a motion to quash the arrest and suppress the handgun from evidence is denied where defendant voluntarily consented to the pat-down search and the encounter that preceded defendant's consent was not a seizure.
