In a matter where defendants in a entered into settlement agreements with plaintiffs in which they purchased assignments of plaintiffs' remaining claims against a non-settling defendant, judgement is affirmed where an arrangement by which a settling defendant attempts to obtain indirect contribution from a non-settling defendant by an assignment of claims violates the Contribution Act.
