In prosecution for driving while under the influence of alcohol and aggravated driving on a revoked license, motion to suppress the blood and urine test results is denied and the matter is remanded for trial where a person arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol has no statutory right to refuse chemical testing, whether death or injury is involved or not.
