In the matter of a 1980 sentence to concurrent extended terms of 60 years each for armed robbery and armed violence, order of habeas corpus is denied where the procedural rule announced in Apprendi does not apply retroactively to cases in which the direct appeal process had concluded when Apprendi was decided.
