Supreme Court of Illinois
In re Arthur H., Jr., 96457
In the matter of a minor who was made a ward of the court, judgement is reversed where the evidence that the four other children, who were in the care of their mother, were neglected could not support a neglect finding as to this boy, who was under the care of his father in a different city, under a theory of anticipatory neglect.
