Supreme Court of Illinois

In re Ryan B., 97118

In the matter of a minor who was adjudicated delinquent based on the offense of sexual exploitation of a child, adjudication is reversed where the prosecution conceded on appeal that coercion had not been shown and the appellate court went too far in finding that the evidence showed enticement or persuasion, a necessary element of the offense.
