In a complaint to declare the nonexistence of the parent and child relationship pursuant to section 7(b-5) of the Illinois Parentage Act, dismissal of the complaint is affirmed where a section 7(b-5) action may not be brought by a man who has signed a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity.
