In re Marriage of Crook, 95132

In an action for dissolution of marriage, taking Social Security into consideration, insofar as this amounts to an offset, or an equalization of a property distribution, is not permitted. The marital estate is not entitled to reimbursement for payment made on a joint loan for improvements to nonmarital property.
