Horwitz v. Holabird & Root, 89351

In an action based on alleged attorney misconduct in the form of tortious interference with business relationships, summary judgement is granted where clients cannot be held vicariously liable for their attorneys' intentional torts absent a showing that the clients directed, controlled, authorized or ratified the alleged misconduct.
