Borowiec v. Gateway 2000, Inc., 94235

In an action for violations of the statutory consumer law of Illinois, common law fraud, and breach of written warranty agreements, motions to dismiss the suits or compel arbitration are affirmed where the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act does not prohibit a vendor of consumer goods from utilizing a warranty agreement to compel binding arbitration of warranty claims.
