In an action for criminal disposal of waste in violation of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act, dismissal of the indictments is reversed and the cause remanded where: 1) the defendants had no standing to assert a facial vagueness challenge to the statute; and 2) the defendants offered no evidence demonstrating how the disputed statutory sections are vague as applied to their conduct.
