CHANDLER v. ILL. CENT. R.R. CO., 94907
In a wrongful death action, the circuit court is reversed where it erred in 1) finding that the relation back doctrine did not apply, and 2) granting dismissal where the amended complaint reasonably informed defendant of the nature of the claim which it was called upon to meet.
