ILLINOIS EDUC. ASS'N v. ILLINOIS STATE BD. OF EDUC., 93347

The attorney-client exemption set forth in section 7(1)(n) of the Freedom of Information Act may apply to material submitted by a public body requesting an Attorney General opinion, but a public body may only invoke this exemption to deny disclosure of material for which a reasonable expectation of confidentiality exists.
