Supreme Court of Illinois
PEOPLE v. CEJA, 89553
Trial court did not err in concluding that defendant was aware that his statements were electronically monitored and, by continuing to loudly talk, acquiesced therein. Use of glass-comparison evidence did not deny defendant a fair trial, and commutation of defendant's death sentence rendered his sentencing issues moot.
