PEOPLE v. GLISSON, 92482

The general savings clause of section 4 of the Illinois Statute on Statutes, 5 ILCS 70/4, applies to preserve defendant's conviction despite the fact that, while her appeal was pending, the legislature repealed the statute describing the crime for which she was convicted without a specific savings clause.
