CARTER-SHIELDS v. ALTON HEALTH INST., 90767
Because the prohibition against the corporate practice of medicine does not apply to a corporate entity which has been sanctioned by the legislature to practice medicine by means of employing licensed physicians, an employment agreement was void from its inception.
