BAGGETT v. THE INDUS. COMM'N, 90385
In a "mental-physical" injury case, a workers' compensation claimant need not show stress exceeding the stress of co-workers, but need only prove that the usual stress of the workplace is greater than the stress experienced by the general public. (Modified opinion)
