A conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver is affirmed over claims of error regarding the court's denial of defendant's motion to quash the warrant and suppress evidence. However, the judgment is reversed and remanded for a new trial where the trial court did not provide enough time between reading the verdict and stating that it was discharging the jury to reasonably allow the defendant to make a motion to poll the jury.
