An award for costs to the defendant for videographer, stenographer, and professional fees associated with an evidence deposition of an out-of-state treating physician after plaintiff dismissed her medical malpractice suit is affirmed in part and reversed in part where: 1) the deposition evidence was necessary and that it would have been used at trial; and 2) videotaping a deposition is a matter of strategy and it was an abuse of discretion to award videographer's fees.
