Zack v. Ott, 2-07-0228
In an action involving a city's endeavor to annex certain territory in which petitioner allegedly resides, dismissal of a petition for judicial review on jurisdictional grounds is reversed and remanded where the petition met the statutory requirements for conferring subject matter jurisdiction on the circuit court under section 10-10.1 of the Election Code.
