Collins v. St. Paul Mercury Ins. Co., 1-06-3601

In a coverage dispute where summary judgment was entered for defendants upon finding the unambiguous terms of an insurance policy and the underinsured motorist endorsement (UIM) for a decedent's company vehicle covered the decedent only when he was in the assigned vehicle in Mississippi, judgment is affirmed over claims that the Mississippi UIM endorsement on decedent's company vehicle applied in the event of decedent's death from an accident in another company vehicle in Illinois and that, consequently its stacking provisions permitted compiling the policy limits for all the insured company vehicle.
