In a suit for intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, dismissal the complaint for want of personal jurisdiction over the defendant is affirmed where defendant could not have reasonably expected to be haled into an Illinois court to resolve matters related to her alleged failure to comply with the terms of a marital settlement agreement, over which a Florida trial court retained jurisdiction.
