In a dissolution of marriage action, judgment awarding a share of husband's profit-sharing benefits to wife is affirmed over claims that the qualified domestic relations order: 1) violates the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974; and 2) is contrary to the parties' marital settlement agreement because it grants wife increased benefits not otherwise provided for under husband's profit-sharing plan.
