Appellate Court of Illinois
In re Marriage of Rosenbaum-Golden, 1072940
In a dissolution of marriage action, finding of contempt against respondent due to refusal to pay an interim award of attorney fees is vacated and the trial court's order compelling respondent to pay interim fees is affirmed where the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding an award of $150,000 in interim fees to be reasonable and respondent represented to the trial court that "the issue is not to be contemptuous. It's to test the validity of the order."
