In a negligence action arising from a broken subterranean water main that allegedly caused a puncture in plaintiff's gas main, dismissal with prejudice of plaintiff's second amended complaint is affirmed where, because the indemnification provision of the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act unequivocally requires indemnification of defendant for its own negligence, all plaintiff's claims against defendant are barred.
