In a charge for delivery of heroin and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver where defendant was sentenced to 6 years' imprisonment for delivery of heroin, sentence is vacated and the matter remanded for a new sentencing hearing where the trial court found defendant not guilty of delivery of heroin and then improperly sentenced him for that same offense.
