Appellate Court of Illinois

Benjamin v. McKinnon, 4070079, 4070080cons.

In an action seeking orders of protection against two defendants where the order was granted as to one defendant, denial of motion to reconsider the one granted order and for sanctions under Supreme Court Rule 137 for the denied order is affirmed over claims that: 1) the order of protection against should be vacated because that defendant does not fall under the definition of "family or household member"; and 2) the trial court erred by denying defendant's Rule 137 motion.
