In a conviction for felony murder and armed robbery as a result of a plea bargain where defendant was not advised he would be subject to a three-year period of mandatory supervised release following his 25-year sentence, granting of defendant's postconviction petition for relief and reduction of defendant's sentence to 22 years' imprisonment is reversed and the matter remanded for reinstatement of the original sentence where defendant's petition was untimely and he failed to establish a lack of culpable negligence.
