In an action for administrative review of the decision of the Des Plaines Police Pension Board to deny plaintiff a line-of-duty disability pension after he injured his shoulder while lifting a malfunctioning railroad crossing gate, reversal of the Board's decision is affirmed where plaintiff's act involved a special risk "not ordinarily assumed by a citizen in the ordinary walks of life."
